Initial Consultation

We begin by understanding your vehicle, intended usage, security requirements, preferred protection configuration, and specific expectations. This initial discussion helps our team establish the right direction for the complete armouring project.

Vehicle Assessment

Our specialists conduct a detailed assessment of the vehicle’s body structure, chassis, doors, glazing, interior components, suspension, braking system, and other important areas. This allows us to plan the armouring process around the vehicle’s original architecture.

Design & Engineering

Our engineering team develops a vehicle-specific protection plan covering armour placement, structural reinforcement, ballistic glazing, and supporting systems. Each component is planned for precise integration while maintaining functionality, comfort, balance, and the original character of the vehicle.

Multi-Layered Bulletproof Glass: Shatter-resistant glass engineered to stop handgun and assault rifle rounds (B4–B7).
Run-Flat Tire Systems: Heavy-duty wheel inserts that allow continuous driving even after a complete puncture.
Upgraded Suspension & Brakes: Reinforced heavy-duty suspension and brakes tailored to handle added armor weight smoothly.
Protected Vital Components: Shielded fuel tank, battery, and engine controls to prevent vehicle immobilization.
